| We do not share any information about our customers with others, with the exception of information required to process their orders (or when requested by a government health or law enforcement agency in the course of an investigation.) We do not send SPAM email, but we do send email to our customers with order confirmation, tracking number information, or questions regarding their order.

| 2. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package? |
Yes.
Logo and or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 2000 units per logo. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or TIFF format. If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products(custom design package), such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 5000 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format ( 300 dpi ). |

| 3. How to place an order? |
| We can supply some free samples ( total value under 5 US dollars) if you have a FedEx or DHL account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.
If you don't have an courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company or send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T. |
